I worked with State Bar staff and volunteers to develop initiatives and programs to fulfill the purposes of the State Bar strategic plan. The strategic plan covers an array of member and public service projects as well as initiatives under organizational governance and legal services.

I represented clients on issues related to the ADA, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, Fair Housing, special education, social security, and guardianship/conservatorship before administrative agencies, circuit courts, and the South Dakota Supreme Court. In addition, I designed systemic teams to advance the agency’s progress regarding special education.
