I'm an autistic BCBA and advocate for assent based ABA. I've presented for Arc of King County, University of Washington, and Ryther to discuss ABA reform, autistic inclusion, and socially valid ABA, and am available for presentations and CEU trainings.After over a decade providing ABA in homes, clinics, public/private schools, and community outings, I co-founded STIM to focus on community integration for teens and young adults to prepare for life beyond school. STIM also provides supervision and mentorship for apprentice Behavior Analysts as well as a monthly support group for femme/gender non-conforming autistic adults. My areas of expertise include natural environment training, assent based programming, social skills training, and systematic fading of 1:1 support to reduce prompt dependency and transfer skills to a small or large group setting.
