Palani is a seasoned software engineer who joined SysCloud 11 years ago as the first member of the engineering team. He developed the backend in PHP from scratch, including backup, domain migration, and security. Initially started with an On-premise setup, then transitioned to SaaS, and finally moved to the AWS cloud. Listed the app on the Google Marketplace and set up AWS cloud infrastructure from scratch.Currently, Palani serves as the Principal Technical Architect and plays a principal role in the development and implementation of cloud workflow automation processes and procedures. He is skilled in infrastructure management, focusing on security and cost optimization, as well as continuous monitoring and improvement(onbaording, 1x backup, Restore/export). Also maintains best-practice standards, policies, and procedures, along with associated training/mentoring to ensure optimal daily operations are maintained. He holds AWS certifications (Associate, SysOps, Security) and has attended AWS re:Invent conferences. Has experience with regulatory compliance, including SOC2 certification, AWS WAR, APN, and SIP. We migrated legacy monolithic systems to microservices, with expertise in architectural design, technical analysis, problem resolution, performance tuning, and scaling applications from 1000 services to millions of user services. Collaborates effectively with sales, CSS, support, and product management teams, demonstrating a commitment to working according to best practices and building strong bonds with teams. He holds a master's degree in Information Technology from Madras University.
