Performing administrative duties and coordinating both staff and clients at a private tutoring and college prep company. The position focuses on customer service, including regular contact with over 150 clients, a staff of about 15 people, and creating connections with business professionals in many fields. In addition to my excellent communication skills, this position involves a lot of flexibility and a little bit of everything, including:• Management of the client and employee scheduling system, billing process, and all social media outlets used by the company (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter).• Graphic design using Photoshop, Canva, and Microsoft Publisher, and producing publications and flyers for both physical and digital use. • Performing technical support by troubleshooting the various issues found in a classroom i.e. network connectivity issues, printer issues, computer issues on both Mac and PC.• Compiling research materials for clients using Microsoft Office (typically Word and Excel).• General office management, including maintaining the workplace, filing and organization, networking and soliciting professional connections, statistical data analysis, data entry, extensive research, and any other task given to me.
