Analyzed over 1,000 Oregon threespine stickleback individuals from various populations using landmark-based geometric morphometric techniques.Gained knowledge regarding preparation of fish samples for phenotypic and genotypic analysis.Including tissue extraction for DNA isolation, and specialized staining for phenotypic analysis purposes.Extensive experience gathering precise phenotypic measurements on threespine sticklebackExperience with manipulation and management of large datasets of various phenotypic measures.Experience with care and management of laboratory animals in my role as lab manager.Specific duties include fish husbandry, and general care for a system of tanks totaling 10,000 liters as well as management of student workers.
