As the Director of Protective Services & Travel Safety, Caleb was responsible for the program formalization, providing expert leadership, executive protection, risk mitigation guidance, and operational management support for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). Caleb managed the teams and managers who are responsible for Global travel security worldwide (all Salesforce Employees) worldwide. Executive Protection Agent, Detail Leader and consequently established the original (full time) Covert Protection (CovPro) Program from initial inception, proposal and management of standard operations; including vendor management and the development of all aspects of the covert protection team policies and procedures. This included the original creation of on the job and classroom training programs, scheduling, travel policies, expense policies, equipment selection, testing and development, hostile surveillance vulnerability assessments, coordination of international instructors and training opportunities, covert protection advance plan format, investigations, persons of interest management, medical program, firearms program, communications program, and development of covert protection and surveillance detection tactics for designated principals, teams, events, venues and facilities.The focus of this method is on protecting the client while the presence of security is not felt, but the client’s safety, security, and privacy remain unimpeded. Over 7.5 years with this client, I developed, advanced, and managed 24/7 global security operations centers, residential security teams, Intelligence, Global Risk, covert protection (local and global travel teams), and surveillance detection teams. Each team was crafted and managed individually to meet the unique and challenging requirements of long-term security operations for a private family office.I hired and developed a large team of highly skilled agents – known as the most diverse, highly skilled, and best-compensated team in the US at the time, ranging from Tier 1 operators to former government protection professionals, private protection professionals, and elite military operations leaders. Served as primary executive protection agent for a client with secondary assignments that included protecting and escorting multiple generations of family members. Participated in EMT medical program for both executive protection and residential protection teams. Developed agent training guidelines and served as the team’s primary route training agent for the Philadelphia and New York City area. Worked with flight crews to ensure timely and efficient principal movements throughout the world.Leading a team of 30 agents, I served as senior executive protection agent for a high-net-worth-family. Here, I developed an EMT medical program for travel and agent training guidelines. As a lead training agent, I trained agents in the Philadelphia and New York City area. I worked with aviation crews to ensure timely and efficient principal movements globally. I was able to develop the confidence of a challenging Principal and was the only agent (on a large team) allowed to work directly with the Patriarch. I traveled extensively with him and supported a broad range of operations and strategic decisions through a solid relationship based on honesty and integrity.
