As the Director of Protective Services & Travel Safety, Caleb was responsible for the program formalization, providing expert leadership, executive protection, risk mitigation guidance, and operational management support for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). Caleb managed the teams and managers who are responsible for Global travel security worldwide (all Salesforce Employees) worldwide. This was successfully accomplished in a consolidated timeframe by solutions focused on each individual principal's risk mitigation needs and risk tolerance.

Executive Protection Agent, Detail Leader and consequently established the original (full time) Covert Protection (CovPro) Program from initial inception, proposal and management of standard operations; including vendor management and the development of all aspects of the covert protection team policies and procedures. This included the original creation of on the job and classroom training programs, scheduling, travel policies, expense policies, equipment selection, testing and development, hostile surveillance vulnerability assessments, coordination of international instructors and training opportunities, covert protection advance plan format, investigations, persons of interest management, medical program, firearms program, communications program, and development of covert protection and surveillance detection tactics for designated principals, teams, events, venues and facilities.The focus of this method is on protecting the client while the presence of security is not felt, but the client’s safety, security, and privacy remain unimpeded.
