Client Technical Solution Manager / Managing Architect that led the AP region solution design team responsible for the proposal, development and delivery of new architectures and solutions compliant with the American Express Global IT reference architectures. Multiple Government And Corporate Client Accounts

During this period I was the Technical Solution Manager that led architecture and solution design for multiple enterprise and government clients of IBM. I was in charge of the development and delivery of new architectures and solutions and also in charge of the client relationship with client technical and management teams. Key achievements in this role include are shown below:• I performed a technical liaison/trusted technical advisor role identifying governance and technical issues that existed. I then took remedial actions to redesign the management frameworks and solution design team structure to propose new solutions and architectures to fulfil business needs. These actions led to increased client satisfaction as measured by client surveys.• I led an infrastructure migration from an IBM Mainframe platform to a P-Series platform for the Ausgrid SAP system. This was a successful project with zero defects • Resolved a critical systems reliability issue that had existed for four years by leading a multi-vendor root cause investigation that started with developing a view of the current state IT environment. This baseline allowed me to identify the problem’s root causes. I then led the implementation of the remediation activities that corrected the issue.

Assigned testing evangelist for ICT Infrastructure.I developed the test methodology for infrastructure, test strategies, detailed test plans and also project managed test execution and reporting. Led technology specialist in delivery of zero defect implementations.Managed Westpac Internet banking infrastructure testing using the V testing model within Westpacs SDLC framework.Desktop / AD roll-out test management.

The key achievement whilst in this role was the delivery of zero defects for the sport of gymnastics at the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.
