In 2018, I was recruited by a former colleague at Stryker to step into a role with Hologic's Gyn Surgical Solutions unit focused on both new customer acquisition and existing account base retention. In this role, I partnered closely with the Clinical Account Manager (CAM) in building the business. IMPACT: Grew baseline by $215K in 18 months, achieving 100% to quota. HIGHLIGHTS: ➤Maintained 100% of existing account base, and growing the baseline by 8% YOY ➤Turned around an underperforming territory➤Normalized the business after prior years of predominantly bulk-based sales, which had offset profitability for the region➤Accelerated turnaround and stabilized the business quickly by leveraging strong capital equipment sales skills➤Chosen for Sales Training Collaborator (Field Trainer) role to ensure new sales hires trained and set up for success

In 2008, I was tapped for newly created role to provided dedicated support to the Southeastern MA-Rhode Island territory. Within short time, developed and executed the sale of capital equipment and disposable products utilized in the operating room.
