Assist customers of Red Hat to install and configure products such as Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, and Red Hat Satellite to better leverage the technologies they offer. This is done through a combination of teaching through workshops and completing technical tasks myself for the customer in their systems. The aim for my effort at the customer is that at the end of my contract they will be fully self sufficient and have enough knowledge to get the most out of their investment in Red Hat's products and technologies.
