Monitor incoming and outgoing Technicolor & Deluxe film materials (DCP).Coordinating inbound and outbound shipment of non-Technicolor films (repertory, smaller films) via DHL or independent courier services.Obtaining and programming all marketing materials (posters, trailers, lobby material) and coordinating use of materials with IT manager and Duty/Senior managers via weekly trailer sheets and poster rotation instructions.Using a database to log the film as it arrives, and later as it leaves the building.Making sure inspections, digital ingests, and keys are completed in a timely fashion.Making sure tech screenings are done thoroughly and in a timely fashion.Compiling digital pre-show materials into appropriate formats for in-theater presentation.Work with the Managers of cinema Operations to ensure efficient operations of the cinema. Specific tasks include:Reviewing each weekly film schedule in collaboration with the Operations Managers of cinemas and senior manager to ensure efficient cinema operations.Entering all session schedules and showtimes information into the Vista system accurately and promptly for smooth operations.Also does maintenace and repair to Projectors.Making sure company safety rules and regulations are being followed and standards set are met by the company.working closely with HR in making sure that new recruits are being inducted to meet all the safety measures and the know how. Reports back to HR General manager and officers.
