Current- Develop and review corrosion control documents (Material Selection Report, Corrosion Management Manual/Framework, inspection test plans) for greenfield and brownfield projects.- Develop and use corrosion models to predict corrosion rates (Hydrocor) with recommendation on corrosion mitigation strategy and monitoring systems.- Lead and develop testing protocol for corrosion inhibitor selection. Actively participate in tendering process, providing technical support for clarifications, managing internal and external stakeholders to successfully deliver completion of testing program.- Lead the delivery of engineering packages including providing technical consultancy in tendering, qualifying and execution phases.- Focal for safety-driven external contractor audit: verification to ensure compliance to technical standards. - Focal for delivering pioneer non-intrusive live corrosion monitoring system, which replaces need for personnel to physically perform thickness measurement. This leads to reduced operating costs and improving safety by minimizing contact of personnel at hazardous location.- Develop and review inspection plans and mark-up drawings for thickness measurement via ultrasonic test (UT) for baseline reports and risk-based inspection plan. - Perform Asset Integrity Study of brownfield platforms for feasibility of greenfield tie-in.- Provide technical support on facilities integrity assessment for piping and equipment on existing asset to assess Fitness for Service (FFS), calculate remaining life and recommend corrective actions/maintenance.- Analysis of technical & quality problems in manufacturing, construction, installation & operation phase.- Review documentation and provide technical support on Painting and Coating, Insulation specifications, Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents, WPS, WPQT, PQR.
