*Implement & maintain developed Quality plan at different stages where applicable.Implement & maintain controlled Documents & records.*Implement & maintain the Incoming, In Process & Final Non - conformities register.*Handling various types of instruments like Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Digital Height Gauge, Air Gauge unit, Surface Roughness Tester, Material Conductivity meter, Helium & air leak tester etc.*Maintain the Correction Action Report & Preventive Action Report for all three stages Non-Conformities.*Analysis the rejection data at all three stages & report to HOD & Management.*Establish & maintain Instruments list & jigs, fixture list & Identify the need for calibration.*Sometimes Develop calibration forecast & monitor for instruments need to send for calibration & also update the records.*Analysis Quality, rejection data received from Customers Complaint.*Call the Third-party inspection and conduct the inspection independently.*Supplier Audits & Quality control at Supplier vendor’s End such as Machining, Forging, bending, Plating etc.*Sometimes get Involve with other QA person for Develop SOPs, Process controls plans, Process Card, Quality Standards, Checking & inspection parameters, QAP, Monitor them and report to the HOD & management.*Jointly monitor with Production team the First sample of new development Items & Process Study at different levels for quality & quantity outputs.*Authenticate the in process & Final Inspection reports

*Responsible for production of the blister machine parts*Provide raw-material on m/c (Lathe, Milling, CNC, VMC) *QC Ok parts send for further process (ex. E.N.P., Zinc plating, etc.) *Dimension checking of machines parts Incoming Raw-material inspection & Record production status *Checking blank M.S., S.S machine plates measurements, right angle, flatness etc.
