EPIC stands for Every Person Initiate Change—a call to action!Founded EPIC-Animals at age 5, dedicating 12+ years consistently to advocacy.Conducted interviews with world-class biologists, activists, and Indigenous leaders; developed training on endangered species and legislative action.Testified at age 6 before the Maryland State Legislature, changing legislation to save the Catoctin Wildlife Preserve; recognized with “Outstanding Advocacy” by the preserve.Delivered 30+ major speeches globally, including at embassies, Earth Day, Thinking Animals Science Summit, PreCOP UN Youth Summit in Milan, and the Vatican’s SDG Laudato si’ conference before 400 religious leaders.Partnered with Global Choices, AfricaASAP & ProNatura on civic action programs and youth leadership training, inspired Ashoka Foundation’s consideration of much younger applicants.Adapted Laudato Si’ for children of all faiths; received Apostolic Blessing from Pope Francis.Developed a Theory of Change document with NASA scientist to ensure impact.

Global Anti-Poaching & Conservation Effort (Airships & Remote Sensors)Invited as spokesperson at age 9 after delivering a compelling Earth Day speech with UNEP’s founder.The innovative approach of this project promises to help save the elephants and many other species. Presented at high-profile events, including the Explorers Club NYC 2024, advocating for conservation strategies.Initiated partnerships, shifting funding from grants to sustainable business models, advancing growth.Supported rebranding of AfricaASAP to PlanetASAP, expanding services to include remote sensing for offshore wind farms, natural assets markets, and disaster response.I have flown the banner of this project in places like the Brookings Institute, the Re-Thinking Animals Global Summit, Nexus Group at the United Nations and lots of other places. I am personally responsible for reaching out to and helping to build many of the groups most valued partnerships. Because of this, I was asked a few years ago to be an honorary co-founder.

Global Youth NetworkCo-launched Arctic Angels at age 12 as the first Angel, I helped to conceive and launch this youth-led intergenerational network with young women from countries all over the world who are committed to protecting the Global Commons, the Arctic and Antarctica. Expanded the network from a small group to 74 ambassadors across 36 countries, collaborating on sustainability projects. Collaborate on advocacy campaigns, give presentations to corporate and political leaders, partake in interviews, and represent Global Choices at events to maximize reach and raise awareness on the Ice Crisis and the importance of the protection of our poles.Represented youth at UN meetings, EarthX events, and global climate summits alongside leaders like Sylvia Earle. Speak on the importance of the Arctic on our global climate system, advocate against destructive exploitationInvited to Global Choices 2024 Steering Committee, galvanize support for the 10-year moratorium to protect the Central Arctic Ocean Ice Shield (CAOIS); launched DC hub at the Embassy of Ecuador with foreign women ambassadors to the U.S.

Exploring music and art as pathways to the soul.Lead singer and songwriter for my band, Jiminy Cricket and the Possum Gang; performed in 11 gigs featuring original music.Wrote, performed, and professionally recorded original songs; currently developing a nature-inspired album.Regular guest on Lit Balm, a biweekly livestream reading series, performing original works alongside renowned poets.

Global Youth Action ClubsLink kids on the front lines of climate change, deforestation, and poaching with those at the epicenters of power to teach one another and take collective action.Launched EPIC-Clubs with a presentation on environmental activism and resilience by Standing Rock Oglala Sioux youth leaders at DC Public Schools.Partnered with AfricaASAP, ProNatura, and Global Choices; advised by leading conservationists, Indigenous leaders, and activists.Upcoming event features KAZA transnational park’s founder, broadcast nationally in partnership with the Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee.Targeting partnerships with nonprofits and institutions, such as Teach for All, Climate Reality Project, and USAID.

Global Intergenerational Faith-Based Action InitiativeBuilding Caring for Creation Ministries as intergenerational civic action hubs in houses of worship, inspired by Laudato Si’ and announced during my Vatican speech.Developing the Laudato Si’ Speech Contest to identify global youth leaders, gathering culturally adapted Laudato Si’ messages for all faiths.Creating PublicSpirit.org, a co-publishing platform for youth-centered action guides in partnership with the Vatican.Collaborating with Father Don Conroy on curricula and establishing partnerships with organizations of all faiths to amplify global impact.
