I am a proactive and committed person, I always try to show my best skills in every project to succeed. I consider myself to be a very detail oriented and organized person, as I know that is the best way to obtain pristine results. I have a strong sense of empathy and enjoy working in teams or in customer service, as it forms well rounded ideas and solutions to complex issues.I am currently employed as a Camp Counselor on certain weekends and Summers. In this position it is of outmost importance to have a keen sense of observation and to recognize the responsibility of working with children who are far away from home. Setting the example on how to act around others and teaching skill based knowledge to campers. In this position, it is my role to manage the cabin and maintain cleanliness and order. Creation of dynamic game strategies and innovation of existing strategies to make the camp experience more fullfilling for clients are coworkers. Teamwork to build an integrated plan of action for the present days and days to come, improvising with new ideas when necessary and adapting ideas to their best fit according to the situation.
