As a Research Coordinator at Senior Sistemas, I led the applied research team responsible for planning and executing strategies to generate corporate innovation through technology. I developed and managed initiatives to promote Senior as an innovative company, such as Hacktoberfest and participation in events with lectures on the innovations carried out by our research team. In addition, I implemented a "serverless first" mentality in the team, allowing us to double the capacity to validate hypotheses and reduce costs by 80%.During my time as Research Coordinator, one of my most important achievements was balancing diversity in the team. As the founder and host of the Sem Servidor podcast, I have had a challenging and enriching experience. From the start, the goal of the podcast was to disseminate knowledge about serverless architecture with quality content in Portuguese. And it has been a great journey.To begin with, I had to develop the episode scripts and research extensively about the topic to ensure the quality of the content. Additionally, video editing requires great attention to detail to ensure the final result is impeccable.Furthermore, as a host, I have to maintain a relationship with the community that follows the podcast. Responding to comments, emails, and messages on social media has been an important part of my job to maintain audience engagement.Over time, Sem Servidor has become a very rewarding project. With over 25 episodes created, we have received positive feedback from the community, which encourages us to continue producing quality content and improving our work.Overall, the experience as a podcaster has been challenging, but also very rewarding.
