I founded Epix Media in 2010 and we're now a team of 11 strategically-minded techies and creatives helping ambitious brands across the world with web, design, video and marketing projects.I'm a strong believer in self-development and community - In my spare time I am an Independent Governor at the University of Lincoln, a member of our counties Growth Hub and a member of Lincoln's new digital hub (Mosaic) steering committee.My background before Epix was in web development, I've been a developer for the best part of 13 years but find myself in a more strategic, ideas based, customer facing role and developing Epix as a business.I'm passionate about creating a solid, creative and nurturing place to work, team development and staff satisfaction and both big priorities in my world - I believe a happy team leads to a stronger business, better work, and delighted customers.Epix Media is a creative studio, we specialise in marketing, web, design, branding, video and marketing (all in-house!). We pride ourselves on our great reputation (getting most of our business through networking and referrals from our lovely customers and business contacts), transparency and quality. We love what we do and we love helping brands show the world how great they are.Everything we do has a "discovery" stage, where we learn about our clients, their brand, what they're great at, who their customers are and why they buy from them. Making sure everything we create works hard for their business. We also love getting involved in the distribution and implementation of our projects, driving in leads for our clients and measuring the success of what we've created.
