I am currently working on the TVEverywhere initiative. I am responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of both linear (Live TV) and video on demand (VOD) content in desktop and mobile web video players. The Player Services Team handles all aspects of the content playback and delivery; including ad creatives, metrics reporting, and player configuration (Flash video, HTML5, etc.). - Plan and develop multi-platform video products and video players for 13 NBCUniversal brands. Deliverables include authenticated player experiences, utilizing Adobe Pass plugins for auth, on NBC owned properties/sites and MVPD partner sites.- Work closely with all third-party vendors and maintain a close working relationship with Technical Account Managers (TAM's); including but not limited to thePlatform, Anvato, Adobe, Akamai, Conviva, FreeWheel, Omniture, and various MVPD partners/cable companies.- Develop solutions and integrate players using customized vendor API's, develop and implement custom video player products on the OSMF framework as well as in Flash and HTML5.

As a member of the Video Player Services team, I am responsible for the development of an Adobe ActionScript OSMF Video Player. This player will be used to advance the initiative to push TV Everywhere and make viewing television programming on any device, phones - tablets - laptops - desktops, a reality.

Just completed a medium-sized mobile app targeted for the Android OS using FlashBuilder/Flex. It was a fun and interesting project for me and it is a great example of what is possible using Flex/AIR for mobile development.
