As a Visual Artist Manager, my role is to lead and oversee a team of exceptionally talented visual artists who specialize in creating stunning artwork across a wide range of mediums. My team consists of skilled individuals who excel in various areas such as comic book art, concept art, visual development, and more.One of the key aspects of my job is to ensure that our artists have the necessary resources, guidance, and support to produce their best work. I provide them with creative direction, helping them refine their skills and develop their artistic vision. By fostering a collaborative and inspiring environment, I encourage the team to push the boundaries of their creativity and strive for excellence in every project they undertake.As a Visual Artist Manager, I play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with our diverse clientele. This includes collaborating with Comics Publishers, Boardgame Publishers, Videogame companies, as well as media and communication agencies. By understanding the unique requirements and expectations of each client, I work closely with them to deliver exceptional artwork that meets their specific needs.In addition to managing projects and client relationships, I am also responsible for scouting and recruiting top-tier talent. I constantly stay informed about emerging artists, trends, and industry developments to ensure that our studio remains at the forefront of visual arts. In summary, I am privileged to lead a group of immensely talented visual artists, guiding their artistic journey, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of projects across various industries.

Main tasks:- Design and requirements definition of Salesforce-based solution for CRM and customer dashboarding tool;- Management and support of current network tools-related projects;- Business process and UX reengineering on network tools and applications.

I managed the UniCredit Contact Center channel, from the technical and functional point of view, working closely with the customer (in order to jointly define business requirements of new initiatives) and with developers (internal and external) in charge of implementation activities or maintenance and operational support.At the same time, as Project Manager, I managed several projects related to the UniCredit Contact Center world, aimed at making improvements to the Chat, Voice and Email channels, based on Genesys technology.Main tasks:• Managing and coordinating IT projects of Digital and Business Transformation;• Definition of project team identifying internal and external resources;• Planning of activities, time and cost estimation;• Coordinating cross-functional teams (developers, technical analysts, functional analysts, architects, etc…);• Monitoring and coordinating project-related activities;• Presenting status updates and recurrent alignments to project sponsors and senior management;• Managing relationship and introductory negotiations with vendors and outsourcers;• Monitoring internal customer's satisfaction, and acting towards the achievement of a continuous improvement.

I worked on the Dematerialization projects and processes taking place throughout UniCredit Italian and German branches' ecosystem.My focus has been mainly put on the "Centralized Documents Dematerialization" project, from startup to go-live, working as the functional and technical interface for the OCR application, working side by side with the Project Managers.After the "Centralized Documents Dematerialization" go-live, I've become the layer between the customer and an internationally distributed Dev team, for all the projects and on-going processes involving OCR technologies, such as EMC Captiva and Kofax, and Contact Center solutions (based on Genesys technologies).Main tasks: - Management of Customer-Devs relationship and communication;- Business requirement definition;- Development planning alongside the Project Managers;- Asset-related bureaucratic activities;- Performance monitoring of the assets and applications under my responsibility;- Periodical status alignment with Business management, providing reports with valuable data and insights;- Operational support to branches' and back office's operators for group OCR applications (EMC Captiva and Kofax Express) and Contact Center applications (Genesys IWS, WDE and CCPulse);- Incident management, coordinating and supporting the Dev team to identify anomalies and deploy solutions.

I founded WiseQube together with my two travel buddies, Luca Colombo and Marco Bellea, after almost two years of work and dedication. WiseQube's main project is ComiQube, a mobile application entirely developed by our team, which allowed people to enjoy comic books from their devices with a subscription or for free.Main tasks:• Business planning and business development;• Content management for web landing page and mobile app;• Identification of areas for improvement and IT development planning;• Social media management and digital marketing planning and execution;• Relationship management with comics publishers and artists;• Talent-scouting of new artists (online and offline).

Aim of this internship was to initialize and develop a Material Requirement Planning procedure for specific groups of products, starting from warehouse inbound date. The results of this activity have been studied and successfully discussed in my Bachelor thesis.
