In this volunteer position I oversaw day-to-day operation of an association consisting of 263 single-family detached homes and a 9 acre green-belt commons. My tenure saw a successful effort to rejuvenate the organization. Under my leadership we updated and revitalized the governance, repaired and upgraded aging infrastructure on the commons, obtained the first-ever city grants for neighborhood improvement, commenced a community-wide activities program, and established close links with the city council and school board while maintaining a 0% growth rate in association dues.
