Under the direction of the CEO, my role was to provide clients with complete solutions for the fabrication or refurbishment of 350 to 750 megawatt electrical generators. I was responsible for producing submissions and evaluating the required amount of time based on plans, the amount of work required, suppliers and the availability of assets and materials. Following contract agreements between 1.2 and 1.8 million dollars, I was tasked with ensuring the accomplishment of simultaneous projects and supply chain management in accordance with the deadlines for putting the dams back into service. My teams included a dozen project managers, engineers, planners, purchasers and suppliers. Our suppliers were from abroad and the profitability of each project was my responsibility. During my time at Delstar, I improved profit margins by 17% by offering prices and solutions that were directly in line with the needs and realities of the marketplace.
