I have over 20 years’ experience in Information Technologies and I have filled the roles from Consultant to Executive Director. I have driven large scale global projects managing teams in all aspects of IT much of which was Information Security focused. I implemented secure networking, post production forensics, application / sever hardening, penetration testing, application development code reviews programs, forensic watermarking, SOC1, SSA16 controls and I am currently preparing for my CISSP & CISM Certifications. I am comfortable working with infrastructure, architecture, governance, operations and ongoing support of global applications. I am regularly responsible for annual program budgets of $7 million. My qualifications include all aspects of corporate and information systems management, strategic planning, SDLC PMO Agile / Waterfall, roadmap, application development, enterprise system architecture, offshore/onshore resourcing, digital supply chain, service oriented architecture and digital asset management.I have managed a blend of onshore and offshore consulting with the big 5 firms for the past 12 years implementing 24x7x365 helpdesk support for global system support driving specialized technical operations for critical tier 1 systems. My focus in the media and entertainment industry has been in Marketing, TV Distribution, Consumer Products, Home Entertainment, Theatrical digital marketing and feature content management.I recently completed the implementation of a Theatrical Distribution system while the project was under Audit and a SOX compliant application. I am now actively work on a GRC implementation project and I have extensive knowledge in Enterprise MAM strategy, business justification, vendor selection process and future roadmap exercises. The last 14 years in the entertainment sector was all focused-on IT emerging technologies, Digital Media, file transformation and distribution. I am a certified PMP and a Six Sigma Greenbelt.
