I have worked in the RV Industry for the past 35 years. My husband and I owned an RV Dealership in Egg Harbor NJ, then moved to Chesapeake VA to run a dealership for Bruce Moore. We decided to make the move to Florida, RV Capital, since my husband was in sales. At all dealerships I have been in the warranty, parts and service departments, sometimes in all at the same time. I schedule service work, help parts customers in the store and on the phone, order parts, file warranty claims to the various manufacturers, obtain authorizations from manufactures, open and close work orders, run reports, do the daily drawer counts, ship parts, receive parts, file RMA for manufactures when parts come in wrong or damaged, go out and take pictures of items needing repairs, even detailed trailers and motor homes.I also have owned a home based travel agency called My Great Travels. It was a full service agency, specializing in cruises and Disney Vacations.
