Currently I lead a team of 6 employees in a rapidly changing environment by consistently executing administrative tasks, developing efficient processes, while managing employee responsibilities and needs. As well as maintaining a caseload of around 120 or more life and disability insurance policies for a total of 9 producers. I am responsible for negotiating offers with carriers, ordering underwriting requirements, reviewing medical records, shopping the market for the best possible offer, preparing policies for delivery, mailing policies to the clients, processing payments, and the submittal of delivery requirements to the carriers. All while packaging the case and setting expectations with Financial Advisors so they can in turn set expectations with their clients.

I also ordered all office supplies, sorted all incoming mail and delivered to appropriate parties, handled all outgoing mail and packages (some freight experience), as well as handled all accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and attendance tracking for linemen and apprentices.
