People And Talent Manager

We make sure our clients succeed in their long-term goals by helping them turn their strategy into action through exceptional delivery and a commitment to establishing a culture of change.As a People & Talent Manager I advise and consult with the business on all people matters including performance, employee relations, wellbeing, ED&I and reward. I help leaders realise the potential of their individuals and teams and deliver their business strategy. I also manage three talented colleagues. Alongside my partnering role, I lead on the needs identification, design and delivery of learning programmes that equip employees with the mindset and skills they need to succeed. This role requires me to look systemically at what also does not require learning intervention while being skilled at influencing senior stakeholders to be role models, demonstrating a growth mindset. I also manage learning delivery, budget management and learning evaluation.
