Dan is CEO of ReSource Pro, a global operational solutions and business transformation provider for insurance organizations. Dan’s business passion is enabling operational excellence to increase growth, innovation and equity value. Dan joined ReSource Pro in 2005 and became CEO in 2006. Since then, ReSource Pro has grown from 25 to 9,000 employees. For fourteen years, ReSource Pro has been listed on the Inc 500/5000 fastest growing companies. Before joining ReSource Pro, Dan worked with technology start-up companies, helping them to plan and execute market entry strategies. In 2000, Dan founded the U.S.-Israel Business Exchange, a business association devoted to fostering partnerships between U.S. and Israeli high tech companies. Prior to that, Dan ran the Commercial Section of the Israeli Embassy in Washington DC and served in the Armored Corps of the Israel Defense Forces. With experience spanning the US, UK, China, India, Israel and Tanzania, Dan enjoys building cross-cultural relationships to leverage the diverse strengths of each to yield compelling returns. Dan previously served as a board member of the World Future Society. He holds MBAs from Columbia Business School and the London Business School and a Master’s Degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics. His Bachelor's degree in Politics and Modern History is from Brunel University, London. He is married with three adorable children.
