E-Cinch is a young b2b tech startup, changing the way that professional services get quoted and booked. As an early employee, I wore many hats including:- Led customer success and experience - Built new customer onboarding email flows - Oversaw customer accounts and payments - Assisted existing customers through one on one support calls as well as helped new customers onboard - Built out the entire help center with detailed articles and tutorials - Created and improved templates to make onboarding easier for customers- Led product design - Re-designed the entire backend (business-facing) product in Figma, creating the first complete vision of the tool beyond the MVP - Re-designed the entire frontend (customer-facing) product in Figma - Used feedback acquired from customer success channels to influence the direction of the product - Ran small scale research/feedback sessions with existing customers - Worked with eng to implement these designs- Product management - Determined priorities of new features based on customer input, company goals, availability of resources, and costs- Assisted with sales & marketing efforts - Scheduled and co-hosted sales webinars with potential customers - Demos and sales calls with potential customers - Created marketing plans and assisted with creating the materials - Made improvements to the sales website- Fundraising - Built pitch deck and assisted with writing the pitch deck script and elevator pitch

Led new hire onboarding for all new design employees (e.g. product designers, industrial designers, prototypers, content designers etc.) joining the AR/VR design organization. Worked with existing teammates and management to curate must-know topics and corresponding educational material. Hosted a 4-day bootcamp twice a month, to get new hires settled into their roles quickly and efficiently.

• Supported a global team of 120 designers in the areas of process and program design, communications and knowledge sharing, people operations, teambuilding and culture, leadership assistance, and budgets• Worked with our PM, UX, and engineering leads to optimize, define, and visualize our workflows• Developed a Community Engagement Program, consisting of 6 smaller initiatives aimed at unifying UX design internally at Cisco, connecting the Cisco design team to the local communities, and bringing PM and engineering teams closer to UX• Created the content, look, and feel of www.webex.design, our team’s site that will house internal information and that will serve as a recruiting platform for new talent• Cleaned up our tool usage and spend, ensuring that tools are compliant for use at Cisco and that accounts are centralized under a single license• Built state of the art design studios and demo labs so we can showcase our products to customers and upper management• Designed detailed onboarding and offboarding programs so we minimize transition time• Organized quarterly team outings, weekly team lunches, leadership offsites, engagements at conferences, and team all-hands• Assisted leadership by creating communications and tracking action items to completion• Oversaw $300k budgets, POs and SOWs, and resource planning for 14 managers and their teams

- Managed a team of 9 bug triagers. With high visibility and tight SLAs, we routed feedback from thousands of customers and testers to hundreds of engineers, product managers, and designers across the entire company.- Identified gaps in tools and resources that would help organize the entire project. Proactively communicated these needs to primary stakeholders and worked with upper management to reach a resolution.- Condensed 200+ pieces of documentation into a single, centralized, easy-to-read, complete resource- Created training resources for 100+ people complete with visual diagrams, video tutorials, examples, exercises and worksheets, and thorough notes

- Maintained day-to-day operations of 8 large-scale language annotation projects- Responsible for the entire team’s organization, as well as creation and maintenance of technical documentation and team website- Performed quality assurance and user testing for internal tools

- Privately tutored 5 students in Spanish language skills (grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and test prep)- Students' grades improved significantly as a result of my custom study plans and worksheets

- Instructed 2 classes of 20 students- Created lesson plans around Spanish grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension- Taught the students better test-taking strategies

- Transcribed English and German phrases to help improve speech recognition- Translated internal documents from German to English

- Programmed GRMs in Slovenian, Lithuanian, Danish, Polish, Turkish, Indian English, and German to improve Android speech recognition- Built an internal website using HTML and CSS
