- Performance and load tested high traffic applications like our mission critical modified version Kong and Nginx to display business value of our changes. This required a careful setup of the environment, and tests to ensure numbers were not affected. Tests were designed to measure ms latency differences between configurations. The result included a peer-reviewed artifact that was shared and vetted Company wide.- Thought leader across multiple teams regarding API lifecycle, management, and deployment strategies. - Designed and Implemented an entire infrastructure re-factor to allow the separation of application clusters and give our platform physical boundaries between traffic flows.- Used AWS SAM to build and deliver a custom canary deployment pipeline using AWS Step Functions, Lambda, Datadog, and other AWS services. The canary process switches our core application from blue to green over the course of various weighted steps and is responsible for reliably ensuring new versions are deployed.
