As a sophomore at Connecticut College, I am interested in growing my experience and expanding my fields of knowledge. I am currently completing a double major in Psychology and Sociology, with a minor in Government. Outside of my academics, I am involved in the Mock Trial Competition team, where I hold the position of treasurer, along with the Club Tennis team and the Office of Residential Life. As a Program in Community Action (PICA) Scholar, I engage in regular community involvement, and will develop a multi-year integrative project which will be completed upon the end of my senior year.In the future, I plan to pursue a career in law, and am especially interested in the areas of civil rights, international, and human rights law. I am also interested in the related fields of government and public service, and would like to develop my knowledge in these fields during my time in college.
