Silvano's is a very nice small Italian restaurant I worked at for two years in Altamonte Springs, Florida. I loved working for this small family restaurant and became great friends with the owner's Silvano and Kim Marchetti. I spent my time in the kitchen doing prep and cooking the one man line for Silvano when he needed time away or certain days during.
