Helping make your information work for you so that you can spend more time doing what you love to do.Although not exhaustive by any means, here are some of the things I do: - Analyze business processes and activities, and their potential tax implications - • Are there taxes you didn't even know you are subject to (maybe as a result of doing something as simple as handing out a business card) that could be assessed in arrears? An extra set of eyes can't catch everything, but having a CPA or business adviser can make a huge difference. • Could you shift your office work hours to better accommodate employees and increase your bottom line at the same time? - Evaluate how information is collected, input, organized, and stored within a system; how resulting data is produced and accessed; and what that all means to you (or what it isn't meaning that it should) • Are you taking full advantage of current technology and automation? • Could different accounting software free up your office manager to spend more time on your business? • Could applications for document processing or expense reporting increase the accuracy of your accounting information and reduce administrative burdens on employees, increasing your decision making power and employee productivity?Recently, I've helped my current employer identify and implement the use of important projects tracking fields to better assign work internally. How can I help you with your business? Show less
