• Initially appointed as Plant & Transport/Maintenance Engineer mobilizing a fleet of 150+ of transit mixers, concrete pumps and other heavy-duty equipments to supply job-sites, as well as supervising directly a busy.
• Supervised the installation of several ready-mix concrete batching plants from Liebherr.
• Promoted to lead the Operations Department (for both companies: DRM and DEMIX) supervising 3 sub-divisions: logistics and operations, batching plants and production, maintenance and overhaul workshop.

• The group of companies consisted of three ready mix batching plants, located in Dubai, Hatta (UAE), and Al-Buraimy (Oman).
• Administrated the foresaid companies and managing directly the sales division to promote the companies’ products in the region such as ready mix concrete, washed sand and other construction materials.

• Initially appointed as Factory Engineer in ‘Star Abcon Factory’ located in Sharjah–UAE and specialized in the production of paving blocks (interlocking tiles).
• Worked as a Project Manager for mechanical laying of the foresaid tiles in different projects such as: Aden Container Terminal (Aden Free Zone-Yemen), Northern Container Terminal (Jeddah Islamic Port-KSA), Trimex.
• Promoted factory’s products in the Gulf region as well.

• General observation on all types of machinery and vehicles working at different sites.
• Supervising the overhaul of different engines and general maintenance carried out in the workshop. Planning for preventive maintenance and following its execution.
• Keeping records and log books for all equipments and their cost of maintenance hence cost of ruining. Generally, looking after all types of construction machines and vehicles to achieve their best performances.

• Due to the extension of the activities and the work of the Public Building Corporation to other cities of Yemen, new stations were established in different cities, therefore the below stated responsibilities remained.

• Supervising the team designated to carry out the erection and dismantling of tower cranes.

• Supervised the general maintenance work of different vehicles and heavy-duty equipment such as: cranes, wheel loaders, excavators, motor-graders, mixers, dumpers, generators... etc. used in construction sites.
• Supervised the assembly of six B.P.R. tower cranes.
