As a National Programme Officer at the OSCE, I manage the local governance and environmental governance portfolio for the Presence in Albania, with over 17 years of experience in this role. I provide environmental and local governance expertise, develop and manage projects, and conduct research and analysis on the subject matter for the senior management of the organization.I have a strong background in environmental security, energy security, and capacity building, with a Ph.D. in Security Studies and a certificate in Strategic Leadership in Societal Environmental Security. I have designed and coordinated the establishment of a National Inter-institutional Task Force on Environmental Crime, where I facilitated joint investigations and operational collaboration among various agencies and stakeholders. I have also contributed to multiple publications on energy models, geopolitics, and water diplomacy, and served as the chairperson of the board of the International Relation Journal. I am passionate about advancing good governance, environmental democracy, and societal security in Albania and beyond.
