Job Responsibility:- Design scope validation- Technical design and Issued for construction drawings for the ELV systems- BIM coordination with Architecture and Interior Design team- Techno-Commercial Review of Material Submittals for BMS, GRMS, LCS, ACS, CCTV, Fire Alarm System, Aircraft Warning Lights, Emergency Lighting System, Digital Metering System, Passive Communication System etc., - Reporting to Project Director, Procurement Heads and General Manager for Variation work-outs (shooting beyond budget)- Assisting Main contractor, Project consultant and OEM Engineers in getting approvals for material submittals and Technical submittals- Assisting procurement in preparing Price Comparison Sheet (PCS), BOQ uploads into SAP system according to project requirement- Assisting Project Engineers and Draughting Engineers in 1st fix and 2nd fix (Cables and Containment) design and erection. - Review reports of the project progress received from project engineers and Planing in accordance with Project schedule- Assisting OEM's Commissioning engineers to coordinate with MEP teams, Consultant Engineers etc., for signing-off individual systems.

Facility Engineer for Low current iBMS Systems for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Prestigious and Iconic Facility "King Abdul Aziz Center for World Culture (iThra)".

1. Commissioning of Building Automation system (HVAC Controls, FAS, ACS, CCTV, PAS & IT/Data/Voice) a. Reviewing initial design against specification b. Raising design issues with project manager and generating Request for Information (RFIs) to issue to customer c. Valve sizing and equipment selection ensuring customer approval d. Production of points schedules and descriptions of operation e. Liaise with the costumer to ensure design is in accordance with the customer's requirements f. Management of design/technical file g. Pre-commissioning activities like control panel internal design etc., h. On-site pre-commissioning and commissioning with BACtalk, MODBUS & LON systems i. Coordinating with Mechanical, Civil & Electrical teams to avoid design errors j. Liaise with electrical sub-contractors to ensure correct installation of control system k.
