Current-Heading the Audit, Installation, communication and Service of ASVG,SVG,AHF,HYPFC,RTPFC,APFC & LT panels.-Providing best solution to TATA Power with latest technology & Online monitoring facility (IOT) on mobile phone.-Vendor development for procurement of new products like ASVG,AHF,RTPFC, LT panels etc.-Responsible for the commissioning/service/Online monitoring and other support to end user.-Providing solution the end Customers for energy savings.-Technical discussions with the TATA team/End client.-Material planning on monthly, quarterly & yearly basis and seeking the budgets for the same.-Coordinating with R&D for product related issues going onsite and taking out resolutions for the same.-Annual maintenance contract policy advocacy & renewals of existing customers.-Closely liaising with Product management and R&D teams for onsite inputs on the products from service standpoint and new end product development.-Reduced service cost of the product by 30% and keeping the service cost under allocated budget.-Contract Management include Handling of contractors, negotiation and inspection of work at regular intervals as per scope of work, Project Estimation and fund Management.-Working on quotations/proposals. Planning and conducting competitive negotiations.-Create Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt & Service Entry sheets including keeping track of supplier performance based on each delivery.-Handled negotiations and administration of large vendor contracts and relationships.-On-time payments for vendors.-Vendor auditing and evaluations-Component selection and evaluation.- Responsible for business development for Active Harmonic Filter (for 3P3W/3P4W up to 690V), Power Factor Correction Panel (for 3P3W/3P4W), APFC, Detuned Reactors and Active/Passive Compensation.-Responsible for generating leads/opportunity.-Project costing and proposal which includes generating offers and handling Techno-Commercial Offers.
