I feel grateful as I am being welcomed to this medical billing industry even though I am graduated from Engineering background and I loved this medical billing profession by the days passing through since 2018.I learnt many terms and proficiency from the training school of Omega healthcare and certified as Bronze candidate(Top 3rd rank) in RCM-AR-Denial management. I used to understand and crack through this training, adapted to the roleplays and task handling with my hidden experience gained from my previous part-time field work exposure of 2.6 years (2016-18) from licensed agent office of United India Insurance Company LTD (UIIC) in sales & support of medical, motor, other corporates, liabilities policies, handled (end to end) from policy holders (clients) to their claim reimbursement by all backend documentation supports to payer adjudication team and insured members. I have crossed the paths and still succeeding over through the universal key states, 'Best deep-rooted and friendly communication by sharing knowledge is the best key to deliver all our success, Making comfortable on our workspace, flexible time of working, sharing experience among with team members is the best way to nurture our carrier will definitely leads to our industrial growth'.Apart from my regular work roles and as long as still my engineering skill is active, it plays the surprise key role on sometimes to solve and fix the system and software progress is down even though after support from overseas and local IT desk. The most memorable moment in 2019, I had an opportunity to resolve the sorian application for my team of 27 users in 2 months and other few technical support skills still on.I am Certified in Business English for Speakers of Other Languages Level Certificate (BEC-ESOL) International (Remote) from Cambridge University, achieved Council of Europe Level B1 grade.(ie, Listening and Speaking: CAN offer advice to clients within own job area on simple matters, Reading and Writing: CAN understand the general meaning of non-routine letters within own work area and CAN write straightforward, routine letters of a factual nature).Also, I am certified in Lean six sigma Green Belt and Excellence in continuous improvement leadership from Benchmark six sigma academy.Happy care, Happy long life...😊
