I have more than 15 years spectrum of rich experience in Highway Engineering as Traffic Analysis and Pavement Design in which it involve of Transportation Planning and Traffic simulation for microscopic traffic with Travel Demand Assessment surveys, Transport network surveys & Field traffic surveys with analysis and Pavement evaluation. In my professional experience during the entire period of service I have associated with Design and Construction Supervision of Flexible and Rigid pavements of several National Highway / State Highway, projects in different environmental conditions prevailing in different parts of Tripura. I got the experience of strengthening, rehabilitation and maintenance of pavements in fully conversant with cost effective design of pavement, which is applied during my experience using locally available materials. I have carried out the evaluation of the strength of existing pavement and their strengthening. Also carried out the measurement of roughness of pavements and took measures to improve the riding quality of surface of road pavements. I am well conversant with material properties of road construction, materials and their testing, technical specifications and procedures and materials tests and testing equipments. I am well conversant with various standards and specifications pertaining to MORT&H, IRC, BS, AASHTO etc.I have been extensively involved in construction and supervision of rigid and flexible pavements of roads on various World Bank funded project. In my professional carrier I have touch the National Highways / State Highways of rigid pavement and flexible pavement. I was responsible of supervision of construction, quality control, field testing compliance with technical specification.
