I am working in Salasar Techno Engineering Limited Unit 3, Khasra No. 686/6, Village - Khera, P.O - Pilkhuwa, District - Hapur - 245304 since 2022 more then 2 Years in Production Planning & Control as a engineer. Salasar Techno is engaged in the business of manufacturing and sale of galvanized and Non galvanized steelstructures including telecom towers, transmission line towers including railway electrification overheadequipment (OHE), solar panels MMS, prefabricated steel structures such as bridges & heavy structure bridges.And I was working in my starting years of working day in M/s Mechnofab Engineers Pvt.Ltd (SSGT Road Ghaziabad) as a Production supervisor. All over experience gained in the manufacturing industries more than 3 years till now. M/s Mechnofab engineer's Pvt Ltd, which is one the small-scale manufacturing companies.Here in Salasar Techno Engineering Limited. I am Handling below given details.⮚ Preparing BOM (Bill of Material) & Analysis according to control drawing to optimize the RM indent.⮚ Prepare the packing list according to dispatch plan & maintain the traceability’s with the reference againstthe vehicle wise details and distribution records.⮚ Job Card preparation for Shop floor (Manufacturing Plan)⮚ Working on the Airtel portal and update the Purchase order in the sheet and confirmation to receiving thedispatch towers & release the plan accordingly.⮚ Maintain the Data sheet of incoming material for utilize the RM of Project and sent to commercial teamfor recognize the costing⮚ Maintain the stock of hardware for utilize every project & release the indent to purchasing forprocurement team and take the regular follow ups about it.⮚ Release the plan for fabrication item to inter unit.⮚ Daily MIS updating according to Job Card & Fabrication Monitoring.⮚ Weekly MIS for the running projects.⮚ Periodic meeting with team for upcoming projects planning & running projects & Dispatch Schedule.⮚ Update the Purchase order (PO) on ERP System and generate the Sales Order for smooth process of billing.
