Responsibilities: Conduct Internal Quality Audits (System Audit, Process & Product Audit) as per plan; prepare closure reports for the same. Manage Audit Non Conformity Data Base. Ensure effective preparation & implementation of Quality Manual, QMS Procedures, Quality Objectives, Documents Control and Records Retention. Identification of Needs & Expectations of Interested Parties & regular review with CFT & Top Management during MRM to ensure requirements are met. Coordination for all external audits like IATF-16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 by Certification Body & VSA Audits within the plant in consultation with MR & all departments Organize & following up with CFT for MRM & Risk Analysis/Assessment related activities at planned intervals & records capturing (Minutes of Meeting) Ensure Corrective & Preventive Actions are issued , implemented, verified & closed within set timeframes Lead the FMEA, Control Plan related system across the CFT/Process Owners. Handling Customer Complaints, take CAPA & effectiveness monitoring of counter measures. Conduct Coherence Verification as per plan.  Monitoring Quality Objectives (KPI), data analysis & reporting to Top Management regarding QMS performance. Lead the team for effective implementation of Theme Based Monthly Activities for TEE & Continual Improvement. Undertake continuous training & development for Core Tools, Product Safety, Customer Specific Requirements, Environmental Aspect Impact, HIRA etc to less skilled employees.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):-1- 100% Compliance of Product Audit, Process Audit & Internal System Audit as per plan2- 100% Compliance of Coherence Plan Vs Actual3- No any Major NC in Third Party Audit

  Responsible for Incoming quality control of Filters as per the Inspection Standards, Drawings & Sampling Plan Vendor Process & Product audit as per the plan & follow up for the closure. Vendor Development & NPD Activities Conducting SPC on critical parameters. Maintain PPAP Records. Maintain Records for the deviated supplies. Prepare MIS of Filter Segment. Handing After Market Customer Complaints.

 To carry out layout inspection as per plan, prepare layout summary & take corrective action against any non- conformity. To carry out dock audit as per SOP, prepare dock audit summary & take corrective action against any non-conformity. Maintaining all records of activities involved in Calibration process including Master list of instruments & gauges, Master list of calibration schedule & Monthly calibration schedule. Performing MSA (R& R Study, Attribute Study) to analyze measurement variations & to initiate the corrective action against any non-conformity during MSA Study. Participating in SGIA event in the organization every month. Monitoring & Improving Process Control by performing SPC. Conducting Product audits, Process audits as per schedule. Rejection analysis on Top Defects generated during process & taking counter measures to correct or prevent them.
