To participate in a presentation for ENVIRONMENT CLEARANCES from state as well as central (moef) and finally achieving CLEARANCE CERTIFICATION is always a big rather tough task but I feel lucky to achieve both.To handle more than one mines fully equipped with more than twenty excavators and dumpers with more than 300 skilled and semiskilled manpower is always a tough task but handled successfully.I maintained very good working relationships with IBM and state govt.directorate of industry,mining and geology,Director general of mines safety,labour commissioner etc.I am also very much familiar in export of our precious minerals in countries like France,Belgium,china,Korea etc.I am very much familiar in dealing with annual as well as monthly returns and violations.Target based production with more safety and quality is always a hobby.MINING AND ENVIRONMENT SHOULD GO HAND IN HAND.I was fully involved in second renewal of two out of three of our mining leases.I also personally handled team of NATIONAL GREEN TRIBUNAL very successfully at our mining sites and got positive endorsement.I am very much thankful to my colleagues and system to provide me such challenging tasks.
