• Responsible for complete mechanical design & furniture design in Revit, SketchUp & SolidWorks forResearch & Development and layouts of portable cabins & Prefab bungalows in Auto-cad.• Assigned with the responsibilities of creating the Dimensional Drawings, Main Assembly drawings, PartDrawings, and the complete Bill of Materials of Newly Developed Machines.• Operating Salesforce Pardot & Salesforce Cloud (CRM).• Working on Projects Based on Arduino, like CNC foam cutting machines & 3d Printers, etc.• Coordination with manufacturing, commercial, and accounts on Product development.• Ease with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) • Improving the design, performance, and efficiency ofexisting products.• Researching and developing ideas for new products and production systems

Designing a new product as per customers’ requirement for a AGV, EV & Traction tray of industrial Batteries in 3D onSOLIDWORKS 2018. (Customers like Godrej, Hyundai, Toyota, Voltas, Jungheinrich, etc.• Designing a Heavy Sheet metal component, Weldment structures & Switchboard and doing a calculation ofweight & arrangements of which cell type fits on it.• Making a final drawing sheet representation in Solid Works 2018.• Doing product drafting, Assemblies drawing, and Sheet metal Drawing.• Ensured 100% compliance with IS 2062 & ISO 2768 standards in the Bill of Materials.
