Working in middle school ministry, I often hear, “I wouldn’t want your job!” But what’s not to love about my role? I love it because I am passionate about investing in others so that they might discover their identity, place of belonging, and calling. Here are some of the things that I love about my role.-I oversee 4 campus middle school ministries. One of those campuses has multiple middle school services. -I work with an amazing team that I learn from, and am inspired by every day. Collaborating is always a highlight.- I oversee our small groups ministry for middle school students. The ministry has grown from 85 students in 2021, to over 300 students currently. -I lead 2 summer camps which each serve over 300 students and utilize over 100 volunteers respectively. These camps happen 5 weeks apart. - I teach weekly in our middle school ministry, and when available, teach in a variety of other ministry spaces. A little more information about me.- I’ve been married to my wife, Selena, for 5 years. We are the proud parents of 3 beautiful children. -I love discussing theology and philosophy, and I am an active member of the Evangelical Philosophical Society. I hope to submit a paper for publishing in 2025.-I played college lacrosse, and hope to return to the game. Once my daughters are older, I would love to coach. Let’s connect and talk ministry!
