-Trained approximately 100 middle school girls in computer literacy and Front End Web Development, empowering them to pursue STEM fields and build foundational technical skills.-Mentored students through Growing With STEM to establish their own STEM-focused clubs in school, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.-Partnered with the Municipality of Prishtina and other NGOs to organize and participate in Girls in ICT Week, driving positive impact and fostering a supportive environment for girls in the field.

ROR is a national child led group in Kosovo consisting of 24 members from all of the regions and communities which aims to advocate for children's rights in education, environment and security. -Initiated and led the campaign "Think about Earth," engaging 120 children from Kosovo and providing them with knowledge about global warming and environmental issues.-Organized multiple cleaning action days to promote environmental awareness and instill a sense of responsibility towards the environment among the community.-Collaborated with government officials and cabinet ministers to advocate for inclusive education and prioritize environmental concerns, serving as a voice for the children of Kosovo.-Spoke on behalf of the children of Kosovo to raise awareness and push for policies that promote a safe and sustainable learning environment in schools.-Organized the campaign "Clothes do not define me" (“Teshat nuk me definojne”), focusing on the prevention of sexual assault, institutional accountability, and raising public awareness about these issues.-Organized and led the March for Global Climate Action Day, mobilizing 60 participants to advocate for climate change awareness and environmental protection. -Worked closely with Save the Children Kosova and NGO Syri i Vizionit to ensure the successful implementation and impact of all ROR activities.
