Instrumentation Engineer with 10+ years experience in Middle East countries (UAE, Qatar & Kuwait) especially in the EPC sector of oil/gas industry, excelling in QA/QC, Process safety and Instrument design & detailed engineering. Seeking a position as an Engineer to leverage my skills to organizational excellence through innovative engineering solutions ensuring the compliance with International standards.Skills :• Experience in preparation of QA/QC documents such as Inspection Test Plan, Quality Control Procedure, Inspection checklists.• Inspection of incoming raw materials, Instruments, Control systems, Instrument Packages, Instrument Cables, Junction boxes and tubes/fittings.• Inspecting bench calibration of Instruments with compliance of IEC 17025 before installation.• Conduct field inspections on installation of Pressure, Flow, Level & temperature Transmitters, Gauges, Control valves and Shutdown valves, Instrument cables, cable trays using NEMA, Impulse/pneumatic tubing & leak testing, Fiber optic cable laying, splicing and OTDR testing.• Preparation of red line markup and as-built drawings• Punch list preparation, consolidation, monitoring & closure.• Loop checking and Functional check of Instruments prior to commissioning.• Physical audit and site verification of Equipment & Instruments• Verification and updating of Equipment/Asset register • Having sound knowledge about Explosive atmosphere, Hazardous area classification, IECEx Certification using IEC 60079/NEC 70 standard.• Familiarity with international codes and standards like ANSI, API, IEC, ISA, NEMA, ASME B31.3, ISO 5167, ASTM A269, A790, B127.• Review of Safety Requirement Specification (SRS) to ensure the compliance of SIL ratings of ESD components.• Review of F&G Mapping reports to ensure the optimum location.• EPC project’s start to completion knowledge.Detailed Engineering:• Proficiency in reviewing/interpreting Instrument Design Basis, Control Philosophy, P&ID and other Inter-disciplinary documents.• Having knowledge about Sizing and Selection of Instruments• Preparation of Material requisition (MR), attending Technical queries (TQ) from vendor and Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE), Vendor document register (VDR).• Proficiency in SPI Intools, AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel for preparation of Instrumentation Detailed Engineering deliverables.• Exposure in SPI modules such as Instrument Index Module, Specification Module, Wiring Module, Loop diagram module, Hook-up module & Binder Module.• Proficient in reviewing/preparing variety of engineering documents,
