Developing data strategies and design frameworks that enable collecting, analyzing, and interpreting carbon emissions and sustainability data. Design data collection systems to capture relevant environmental metrics and establish data governance processes across 3 platforms Edgeshare™, DaaS™, ClearPath™Goals:1. To establish consistent and reusable design components across all platforms2. Create data visualizations that effectively convey sustainability performance and progress towards carbon reduction goals.3. Define strategies for integrating sustainability-related data from various sources and systems. Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the data integration process.Strategy:1. Implement the first mature design system for Edgeshare™ and ensured that it's been spread across all three of our platforms. 2. Constantly building and refining our design roadmap, running design sprints before development sprints, and rapid prototyping and validating our designs with clients.Our three platforms - EdgeShare™, DaaS™, and CLEAR Path™ - each have unique requirements and design considerations. However, my approach remains consistent across all three, ensuring that we're always focused on building enterprise data ecosystems that meet the needs of our clients.Overall, my role is to be a Design Leader with CPO thinking to help drive the success of our platforms through strategic and tested design solutions.
