- Responsible for driving a Director Plan to increase the capacity of wires and other products for civil construction that doubled the capacity in five years, with 26 projects in six sites. The management model streamlined projects, obtaining significant benefits: savings of +US$10M and annual benefits in sales of US$75M.- Also responsible for the analysis / validation projects for the Wire Products in Brazil and countries in South America, in the segments of civil construction and industrial, in order to seek alignment to business demands, standardization of technology and adherence to good engineering practices. This method allowed the reduction in value of investments and implementation time schedules due to the standardization of technical solutions and the use of acquired knowledge between units.- Systematization of the planning process of new capacities, which later became a standard procedure, regulating the interaction between S&OP / Mkt / Manufacturing / Engineering, consequently streamlining engineering actions, allowing the capture of market opportunities.- Leadership of a program of projects to meet the Brazilian Safety Standard NR12, using assessments and risk standardized solutions. Practice of solutions exchanging between units led to standardization, saving time and reducing costs of design and labor.- Orientation of technical teams in the process of defining of better processes and selection of new technologies, including trips to various countries (North America, Europe, UAE and Asia) with visits to suppliers of equipment and goods manufacturers.- Other responsibilities: validation of the demands plan of all products in the wire segment versus existing capacities, the new capacity plan, the annual investment budget; responsible of interfacing PMOs - global or Brazil and engineering teams; interaction with the Supplies Dept. for new equipment suppliers certification; support to industrial units in strategic projects.
