With a proven track record in higher education administration, program/project management, and business leadership, Dr. Rahim is renowned for his rapid business assessments and strategic action plans. He excels in forming strategic partnerships and securing sponsorships.Dr. Rahim holds post-doctorate credentials from Tulane University, Harvard University, and the University of Maryland Global Campus. His academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Organizational Sustainability from Capitol Technology University, a Doctor of Management (D.M.), and an MS in Project Management and Business Management from Colorado Technical University.
