Roles and Responsibilities.• Requirement gathering with client’s onsite location or Offsite like (Teams, Zoom Meeting, Google meet)• Documentation and Analysing (MoM, CRS, SRS)• Explanation of Requirements to the development team and Business Analyst.• Client or Stakeholder handling with customers Satisfaction, time to time follow-up with the client, and solving problems within the pipeline.• Account management and Handling (New enhancement, follow-up with rental/Annually payment from clients)• Teams handling and follow-up on a daily basis (Analysing teams queries and guide to him)• Implementation of Product new enhancement or existing as per client requirement with client location or Offsite.• Creation of User Story as per client Specifications on JIRA.• Demonstration of ongoing or Live projects to new client users or existing clients.• UAT Testing, Manual Testing (Functional and Non-Functional Testing)• API Testing with Postman tools and Open Source.• Possess end-to-end knowledge and experience in testing• Process of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.• Identifying and replicating bugs sent by the client.• POS Device Testing with help of Linux• Experience in Manual Testing of Web and Mobile Apps (Android)• Have experience working using various Testing methodologies and testing techniques like Smoke, Sanity testing, Regression testing, and Integration testing.
