Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware, software, and network issues.Provide IT assistance and support to end users with desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, networks, computer hardware, and software.Install and configure the operating system, software, and hardware, including applications, and peripherals.Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and IT equipment.Resolve issues in the network connection and computer repairs in the OWWA RWO3 main office, and satellite offices.Prepare information materials for posting on social media and tarpaulins for OWWA RWO3 activities.Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.Print daily time records of employees.
