"Golden Almond" is the national command and control center of the "David's sling" weapon system (also known as the "magic wand"), developed at Elbit. • Manage a team of 5 QA personnel.• Lead the field of system’s tests & integrations in the project• Responsible for system changes verification, regression testing, content testing, utilization of automation tools• Responsible for generation of all relevant SVD, STP STD, STR documentations• Responsible for all system integration tests with external systems (Elta, Rafael and others)• Responsible for preparation and participation in various system development and customer tests, including interception tests• lead several project-wide processes related to the system's operational readiness and continuous improvements ("Kaizen")

"Citron Tree" is the command-and-control system of the Arrow Weapon System, developed at Elbit.• Lead the system integration team for a software department of 40 developers in 7 different teams, in a project with at its core over 2.5 million lines of operational code.• Directly managed 5 software integrators who were involved in building development trees and product trees for all software products in a variety of work environments.• Supported variety of development environments (Linux, Windows) and software languages (ADA, C++, C#, JAVA).• Responsible for managing the configuration control of all the development versions and all the product versions (operational versions in the IAF) • provided technical support as the leading software expert for multiple system missile interception tests and was the focal point for technical support for the IAF.

Member of the integration team of the "Citron Tree" project and leader a database team of 2 developers, specializing in Oracle and Sybase databases.

• Member of few development teams, specializing in I18N (Internationalization) of shelf products to far-east languages (Japanese, Korean, etc). • Position included traveling to customer sites, in Israel and abroad.
