• Acting as CFO of the Israeli company• Managing all Accounting (IFRS), Tax, Legal & Banking issues• Preparing & Analyzing Sales, Products & Commercial reports• Managing Budget & Planning• Cooperating with the company’s HQ in London

• Leading the company in all Accounting and Financial aspects (IFRS)• Managing the Operations/Purchasing team of the company• Managing all Tax issues – of 4 Israeli legal entities, as well as subsidiaries world-wide• Cooperating with the company’s HQ in the US• Implementing the global company’s procedures and regulations• Managing & Executing the ERP implementation project ("SAP")

Active involvement in the company’s business activity with respect to the financial and accounting aspects, providing high responsiveness and flexibility to company’s evolving needs from its start-up phase to maturity phase.Managing the Finance group:• Acting as CFO of the Israeli subsidiary • Supervising and being responsible for the Finance group in Israel and the US• Dealing with banks (domestic and international), managing all insurance issues, legal, tax and corporate issues• Managing the company’s move to new offices (2,800 sq./m) - including negotiations with landlord, all suppliers and service providers – both on commercial and legal terms

Performing Accounting & Financial tasks (US GAAP):• Preparing "solo" and consolidated financial statements • Monitoring the financial situation of the company including Cash Flow management, Budgetary planning and control, Costing analysis, Cost Accounting and inventory reports• Setting up subsidiaries / branches in the US, UK, Germany, France and the Netherlands• Setting up the and managing an updated financial reporting system (ERP and other) in Israel and the US • Dealing with the company's Trustee during the Stay-Of-Proceedings Order and the first successful Scheme of Arrangement in Israeli Hi-Tech (2002)• Dealing with authorities: Dealing with all Taxation aspects – domestic and international (Tax Returns, Transfer Pricing, VAT etc.) Office of Chief Scientist ("OCS”) & Israel’s Investments Center (“IIC”)• Managing several audits: Income Tax (Israel and US), VAT, National Insurance, OCS, IIC• Investor Relations and Fund-Raising Efforts: Preparation of Business plans for capital raising, providing required data & analysis for Due Diligence• Preparation of quarterly reporting and supplemental information for investors• Implementing and maintaining the company's ERP System ("Priority") in Israel and in the US• Setting up and managing Internal Control procedures (SOX equivalent)
